Job description

• Format and brand board papers, reports and meeting documentation.
• Prepare agendas and supporting board documents.

• Upload approved content to social media platforms and Mailchimp.
• Assist with workflow improvements and AI-driven process automation.

• Maintain Asana task boards and administrative workflows.
• Provide general administrative support to the wider team.



Client Information

The Company is a professional services organisation that provides secretariat and administrative support to multiple industry boards working closely with state and federal government agencies. Its remote team operates across Australia, coordinating board meetings, stakeholder communications, policy support, and governance administration.

Must Haves

• At least 2 years of Executive Assistant, Administration or Board Support experience.
• Outstanding written English and professional communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Word formatting and document presentation skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience using Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable handling confidential information.
• A dedicated home office with a separate room

Nice to Haves

• Board or governance administration experience.
• Workflow automation experience.
• Experience using Asana.
• Experience with Mailchimp.
• Experience using AI tools including ChatGPT and Claude.
• Squarespace experience.

Home Office Requirements
