• Follow up outstanding defect and sales quotations with clients via phone and email.
• Build strong relationships with customers to maximise quote conversion.
• Respond to customer enquiries relating to quotations and proposed works.
• Record customer feedback and update quotation statuses within company systems.
• Convert approved quotations into jobs for scheduling and delivery.
• Prepare and complete major service quotations using company systems and templates.
• Liaise with the Operations Manager regarding quotation priorities and technical requirements.
• Maintain accurate quotation records and customer information.
• Monitor outstanding quotations and provide regular status updates.
• Assist with improving quotation processes and conversion rates.

• This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines
• Previous experience in estimating, quotations, customer service, sales support, or administration.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High level of computer literacy.
Nice to Haves
• Experience within the fire protection, construction, trades, or service industries
• Experience using job management or estimating software
