Role Overview

Engagement Managers are integral members of our consulting teams, leading Analysts, Associate Consultants, and Consultants on projects with healthcare provider clients typically spanning 3-6 months in duration. Our team covers the full spectrum of revenue cycle-related responsibilities in acute care and ambulatory settings and has managed significant large-scale transformational initiatives for leading healthcare organizations. We help our clients achieve enhanced financial and operational performance, bringing broader industry perspective and a long track record of improvements.

This is a remote position with 25%-50% client travel.

Salary range: $153,000-$198,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs. In addition, Chartis offers several benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, disability insurance, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, wellness stipend, and additional voluntary benefits.
