Position Overview

The Senior Consultant supports the implementation of change management processes in complex IT and digital transformation programs. The role ensures structured delivery, clear documentation, and alignment with quality and risk management standards. It involves advising project leads, managing subprojects, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise subproject managers and internal teams on change management strategies.
  • Lead change management subprojects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Coordinate and manage external service providers supporting change initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategic end-to-end change management approaches across programs.
  • Manage multiple complex subprojects and provide expertise in change management for each initiative.
  • Prepare, moderate, and facilitate workshops and presentations for project stakeholders.
  • Serve as internal liaison for change management across other programs and projects.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for management decision-making and status meetings.
  • Gain technical understanding of project components to support change initiatives.
  • Communicate progress, milestones, and results internally and externally.

Qualifications

  • Languages: German (C1) and English (B1).
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field, or equivalent vocational training with professional experience.
  • Certification: Prosci ADKAR or equivalent change management certification.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 4 years in change management consulting within digital transformation projects.
    • Experience in developing and executing change management strategies for programs.
    • Experience coordinating change management activities across multiple subprojects.
    • Experience with Confluence or similar documentation tools.
