Job description

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and creative Remote Personal Assistant to support a Singapore-based Financial Consultant across a mix of administrative, client servicing, marketing, and social media responsibilities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, is detail-oriented, and is comfortable supporting both financial advisory-related administration as well as content creation and digital marketing tasks for the consultantโ€™s other business ventures.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Advisory Administrative Support:

  • Assist with financial advisory-related administrative work, including documentation, form preparation, and client servicing support.
  • Support the tracking and updating of client information, policy-related matters, and follow-up actions.
  • Help prepare reports, spreadsheets, and summaries using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate with clients or relevant stakeholders professionally when required.

Social Media, Video Editing & Marketing Support:

  • Edit short-form videos for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok).
  • Assist with content scheduling, posting, and social media page management.
  • Support the creation of captions, content ideas, and marketing materials.
  • Assist with website updates, marketing campaigns, or online business support if required.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Admin Executive, Marketing Assistant, Social Media Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
  • Comfortable handling administrative work with accuracy, structure, and confidentiality.
  • Understanding of financial advisory, insurance, client servicing, or policy-related administration will be an advantage.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, Google Sheets, and online productivity tools.
  • Video editing experience using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management.
  • Website knowledge, digital marketing, or design experience will be an advantage.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, responsive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Salary: Singapore Dollars $800-1,000 per month
