Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM), including real configuration and testing experience.
Expertise in UKG Pro Accruals, Business Structure, Pay Rules, Attendance, and Workforce Management configuration.
Strong understanding of how configurations impact downstream processes such as:
- Work Rules
- Pay Rules
- Overtime Calculations
- Attendance
- Zones
Experience creating, executing, and documenting comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and defect reports.
Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience using Jira for issue tracking, test case management, and defect reporting.
Exposure to UKG data migration or integration tools such as:
- Dell Boomi
- WIM
- File-based Imports
UKG Advanced Scheduling experience.
Experience with UKG Dimensions Reporting / BIRT.
Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills for data validation and reconciliation.
Previous experience supporting large-scale UKG implementation or migration projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have hands-on UKG Workforce Management configuration experience with a strong testing background. This role is heavily focused on validating configurations, executing test cases, identifying defects, documenting findings, and ensuring end-to-end business process accuracy within the UKG environment. Candidates with enterprise implementation or migration experience will be highly preferred.
