Client Benefits Advisor Remote Open Across Canada, Excluding QC, NB, PEI, NS

AO Globe Life is currently seeking motivated and professional individuals for a full-time remote Benefits Advisor opportunity open to candidates across most of Canada.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in a people-focused environment that emphasizes professional development, client relationships, and personal growth.

About the Role

As a Benefits Advisor, you will meet virtually with clients to help them better understand available benefit options and support them in making informed decisions based on their needs.

This position combines communication, relationship-building, organization, and client service in a structured remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual client consultations and presentations

• Build professional, trust-based client relationships

• Identify client needs and explain available benefit options

• Maintain organized follow-up and workflow management

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

• Maintain a consistent and professional remote work presence
