Job Title: Pre-Tax Benefits Service Representative

Position Summary:
The Pre-Tax Benefits Service Specialist reports directly to the Pre-Tax Benefits Supervisor and AVP of Client Services. This position is generally the first touch with our new clients and members, responding to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone inquiries from covered members and employers regarding claim status, benefits, eligible expenses, debit card status, etc.
• Answer email inquiries from members and employers.
• Maintain knowledge of all Pre-Tax Benefits for plans administered by the company and IRS guidelines pertaining to those benefits.
• Assist with reviewing, auditing and processing of claims and documentation.
• Remain aware of products and services provided.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Education 
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with the public.
• Previous banking or customer service experience
• Minimum 1 year experience working in Microsoft Office and Windows based platforms

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $18.00-$18.50/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
