Enrollment Specialist – Ontario & Western/Central Canada (Excludes QC, NB, PE, NS, & Territories)

Key Responsibilities
● Client Consultations: Conduct professional virtual enrollment consultations with clients, primarily in Ontario and participating provinces.
● Education & Guidance: Educate clients on available options to help them make informed decisions.
● Compliance & Accuracy: Complete applications accurately and in strict compliance with all relevant provincial regulatory requirements.
● Documentation: Verify client eligibility and process enrollment documentation with high attention to detail.
● Client Support: Provide ongoing support to existing policyholders, including coverage reviews and policy updates.
● Continuous Learning: Stay current on products, industry trends, and provincial regulations.
● Data Management: Track client interactions and enrollment progress using the company CRM.
● Team Collaboration: Participate actively in regular team training and group coaching sessions.
