Job description

QuickTeam helps US businesses grow by placing high-quality offshore talent — trained, vetted, and ready to work — at a fraction of the cost of hiring locally. We handle recruiting, onboarding, and support, so our clients just get great people. We're growing fast and we're looking for closers.

This is a pure sales role for people who want to be paid for what they actually produce, with no ceiling. You sell our staffing service to US businesses. We give you the leads, the tools, and the support. You bring the hustle.

Here's what makes this different from most commission gigs: you get paid every month, for as long as your client stays a client. Close an account once and it pays you month after month. Build a book of business and build recurring income that compounds.

What earnings can look like:

Because commissions are recurring, your income builds on itself. As an illustration, a modest book of a handful of active clients can generate a few thousand dollars per month in residual income — and that base keeps paying while you close the next deal on top of it. The more you close and the longer clients stay, the bigger your monthly check. There is no cap on how large that can grow. (Exact commission rates and residual structure are shared during the interview.)

  • Proven B2B sales or closing experience (staffing, services, SaaS, or similar is a plus).
  • Comfortable working leads by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined — you don't need a manager standing over you.
  • Based in the US and able to sell to US businesses.
  • Coachable, organized, and consistent in follow-up.
  • Hungry for uncapped, performance-based income.
