  • As our Senior HR Administrative Assistant, you'll combine HR administration with executive support, working closely with leadership to maintain efficient HR operations and strengthen day-to-day business processes. You'll play a key role in ensuring employee documentation is accurate, compliance requirements are met, and administrative priorities are handled with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Keep HR files organized and audit-ready.
  • Monitor attendance records and resolve time card discrepancies.
  • Support performance management and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate HR meetings and track action items.
  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and HR tracking documents.
  • Follow up on outstanding tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Support payroll documentation and related HR administrative activities.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR administrative processes and organization.


Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
  • 3–5+ years of experience in an HR administration, executive assistant, office administration, or similar administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience using HRIS platforms.
  • Strong document management and records administration skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
  • Experience coordinating HR processes in a remote or distributed work environment.
  • Background in office administration with HR responsibilities.
  • Process improvement or administrative coordination experience.
