Job description

The team

Our team supports employees across the EMEA region, delivering a high-quality and customer-focused HR service experience. Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, the team provides guidance on employee lifecycle processes, benefits, leave management, employee changes, and offboarding. Working in a dynamic, multicultural environment, we collaborate closely with HR specialists and business partners to ensure accurate and timely resolutions while continuously improving processes, documentation, and self-service resources that enhance the employee experience.
 

The role

As a Junior HR Advisor, you will serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries submitted through Jira and other support channels. You will provide guidance on benefits, leave management, employee changes, offboarding, and HR policies while helping employees navigate HR processes and self-service tools. You will manage cases from initial intake through resolution, ensuring accurate, timely, and customer-focused support in line with agreed service levels.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts, you will resolve the majority of incoming requests and escalate more complex cases when appropriate. In addition, you will support HR processes across the EMEA region, contribute to process improvements, maintain HR documentation, and help ensure consistency and accuracy across HR operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop broad HR knowledge within a collaborative Shared Services environment.
 

What you'll bring

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar HR support, HR Operations, or HR Shared Services role
  • Experience supporting HR processes across multiple European countries is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle, Jira, or similar platforms
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess employee needs, investigate issues, and provide effective resolutions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting SLAs and deadlines
  • Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and continuous improvement focus
  • Comfortable working in a diverse, multicultural, and fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
