The Impact You'll Make

We are continuously developing our HR services at Danfoss, and we are looking for an HR Professional to become part of our EMEA HR Service Center team. You'll work alongside the team supporting operations throughout EMEA, with your main focus on Germany, handling key HR administrative tasks.  

 

You'll join our EMEA HR Services organization reporting, to our EMEA Service Center Manager who is based in Poland. Every day, you will collaborate with colleagues across Europe and you will be based in one of our offices in Hungary (Budapest) or Poland (Grodzisk Mazowiecki). If you are not located close to one of these locations, you also have the opportunity to work remotely. 

What You’ll Be Doing

As a member of our EMEA Service Center team, focused mainly on the Germany market, you will use ServiceNow as primary tool to respond to employee queries. You'll have a direct impact on employee experience by: 

  • Supporting business travel and cross border complexity: You manage A1 certificates and third-party certificates, track work and residence permits, and ensure compliance and timely renewals. You will also serve as the specialist for Switzerland related travel, managing applications, documentation, and tracking.
  • Building knowledge & capability: Support in creating and maintaining knowledge articles and work instructions that empower both employees and colleagues. Your documentation becomes the foundation for consistent, high-quality service delivery across the EMEA region, ensuring best practices are shared and accessible to all.
  • Driving process excellence: Champion continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, eliminating bottlenecks, and enhancing how we support international mobility.
  • Supporting Talent Acquisition: Enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience by coordinating interview scheduling through the Phenom system. You'll ensure a smooth recruitment process by managing logistics, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • At least two years of experience as an HR Professional, preferably from an international HR Services organisation.
  • Proven, hands-on experience with travel management.
  • Proven experience with process optimization and documentation.
  • Fluency in German and English is a must.
  • A proactive, structured, and customer‑focused mindset, with the ability to work independently in a digital environment.
