Sales Engineer, Electric Heating (Southern Sweden)

The Impact You'll Make

As our new Sales Engineer, Electric Heating, you will play a key role in growing the DEVI Electric Heating business across Southern Sweden. By building strong relationships with customers and partners, you will help bring energy-efficient heating solutions to more projects and applications.

You will combine technical expertise with a commercial mindset to identify new opportunities, support customers with the right solutions, and contribute to sustainable business growth across the region.

Your work will help strengthen our market position while enabling customers to benefit from innovative and energy-efficient heating technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive profitable sales growth across your region by developing new business opportunities and expanding market presence.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, installers, consultants, wholesalers, and resellers to create long-term business success.
• Provide technical guidance and tailored electric heating solutions that help customers select the right products for their needs.
• Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from identifying leads and preparing quotations to supporting ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues across sales, customer service, marketing, product management, supply chain, and technical support to deliver excellent customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within a technical or electrical products environment.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical products or systems and the ability to explain solutions to customers.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• A self-driven and customer-focused approach, with the ability to work independently in a field-based sales role.
