The Opportunity

Join our global Supply Chain Management organization and take the lead in driving strategic initiatives that shape the future of our supply chain operations. As Global SCM Project Leader, you will manage medium to large-scale projects and cross-functional workstreams, collaborating with stakeholders across hubs, business units, suppliers, and logistics networks. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Lead global SCM projects and transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery against scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives.
  • Partner with SCM and cross-functional stakeholders to identify challenges, conduct root cause analyses, and build business cases that drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including risk management, resource allocation, financial tracking, and scheduling.
  • Act as the SCM focal point within broader business projects, connecting project teams with supply chain experts, suppliers, logistics partners, and technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor project performance through key financial and operational metrics, proactively managing risks and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Build strong relationships with sponsors, steering committees, and stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and effective decision-making.
  • Champion best practices in project management while leveraging lessons learned to enhance future project outcomes.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative culture focused on growth, high performance, and continuous learning.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of project management experience within supply chain, operations, procurement, or a related environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, methodologies, and project management best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and a data-driven approach to planning, execution, and performance management.

The minimum salary for this position in the location specified is as follows:​

Italy: starting from 57,300 € gross annual salary, Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico
