Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Search Management
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand hiring needs, define search strategy, and align on priorities.
Act as a strategic advisor and partner to clients, delivering speed, accuracy, and value in every search.
Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for contingent searches β from intake to placement.
Work closely with account management to identify upsell opportunities and deepen client relationships.
Sourcing & Recruiting
Identify and engage top talent for Marketing and sales roles.
Proactively build pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and internal databases.
Screen and assess candidates for technical qualifications, cultural fit, and career alignment
Present thoroughly vetted candidates to clients with strong summaries and market insight
Maintain candidate engagement and manage communication throughout the recruiting process.
Operations & Technology
Maintain accurate and organized records in Salesforce and other internal systems.
Track activity, candidate flow, and placement metrics.
Continuously refine search strategies based on data, results, and market trends.
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in contingent or agency search, focused on sales and/or marketing.
A track record of success in placing technical professionals in fast-paced environments.
Strong sourcing skills β you know how to find and engage passive candidates.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational ability β able to juggle multiple open roles and client needs.
Comfortable with metrics and accountability in a performance-based culture.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
