Recruitment Marketing Campaign Manager (Contract through Dec 2026)

As a Recruitment Marketing Campaign Project Manager, you will independently lead high-impact, performance-driven recruitment marketing initiatives that directly influence hiring outcomes for your assigned business areas. Acting as a highly visible and trusted strategic advisor, you will drive cross-functional collaboration and manage vendor relationships to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that strengthen candidate attraction, employer brand visibility, and talent pipeline growth.

This is a client-facing, hands-on role requiring strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment. You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of recruitment marketing initiatives, proactively managing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder communication, while leveraging data to optimize results and continuously improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership & Execution: Independently lead end-to-end recruitment marketing campaigns for assigned business areas, managing intake, approvals, timelines, cross-functional workflows, coordination, billing, and vendor partnerships with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Campaign Management: Develop, deploy, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads), including asset creation from employer brand templates, landing page management, event promotion, and sponsored job management. Utilize tools like Canva Pro, Phenom, and tracking systems (UTM parameters, attribution tools) to measure and optimize performance.

  • Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Monitor metrics, analyze trends, and create dashboards (e.g., Visier), reports, and executive-ready summaries. Translate findings into actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns, ROI, and processes.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaigns are on-brand, scalable, and effective. Facilitate meetings, set expectations, and maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment marketing strategies, apply systems thinking to identify patterns and trends, implement scalable best practices, and stay current on industry trends in recruitment marketing, media, and employer branding.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent marketing, or related project management roles.

  • Proven ability to independently manage multi-channel, performance-driven campaigns, including paid media, job boards, and employer branding initiatives.

  • Strong expertise in client-facing interactions, providing guidance to internal stakeholders and Talent Acquisition leaders on effective recruitment marketing strategies.

  • Strong understanding of the Talent Acquisition lifecycle and how marketing strategies impact hiring outcomes.

  • Hands-on experience with campaign deployment tools (e.g., Phenom), paid media platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads), and marketing asset creation tools (e.g., Canva Pro).

  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to drive insights and make recommendations.

  • Experience managing vendor relationships, budgets, and cross-functional workflows.

  • Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

  • Experience in healthcare recruitment or high-volume hiring preferred.

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (Workday), UTM tracking, and source attribution.

  • Demonstrates resilience, initiative, and strong judgment while operating autonomously in a collaborative environment.
