Responsibilities

  • Perform batch/job operations, including monitoring and execution of tasks.
  • Work on third shift, with a schedule that includes 1 weekend per month.
  • Monitor and report job statuses (long-running, failures, abends) in Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) for all supported zones.
  • Supervise job streams and flows, reporting errors or late completions to support teams.
  • Monitor MainFrame connectivity and make necessary adjustments.
  • Create, execute, and edit jobs and schedules in TWS and RunMyJobs (RMJ).
  • Collaborate with teams and vendors to ensure accurate scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of workflows.
  • Track support queues in ServiceNow and Jira, maintaining KPIs (incidents, requests, and change tasks).
  • Work closely with teams in South America, North America, and India.
