The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing data, designing and implementing automated processes, and developing scalable solutions that improve both internal workflows and external client experiences. Additionally, you will have a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating efficient, user-focused systems. Your Impact

  • Analyze data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated processes to drive operational efficiency.
  • Develop and deploy scalable tools and solutions for internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and reporting outputs.
  • Provide clear communication and effective stakeholder management throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications for Success

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, process automation, or related fields.
  • Proven experience with process automation and solution development is important.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Advanced computing skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Verbal and written fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
