Javvy is on a mission to set a new standard for café favorites with better-for-you beverages that are craveable, convenient, and without compromise. Positioned at the intersection of café culture, convenience, and functional nutrition, we’re reimagining the drinks people buy every day — proving you don’t have to compromise between great taste and quality ingredients. What began as a cult-favorite DTC brand has rapidly scaled into an omnichannel business, now expanding into major retail while building a loyal community around better-for-you café favorites.
Javvy's Business Operations team turns data into decisions for every function in the company. As we grow, the analytics request queue grows too. Someone needs to own it: take in requests, keep projects moving, deliver the work, and hold our data partners to a high standard.
That person is you. As Senior Business Operations Analyst, you'll clear the operational bottlenecks in analytics delivery. That frees our analytics leadership to focus on strategy and cross-functional priorities. You'll be hands-on in SQL and BI tools, and also the project manager who keeps timelines, vendors, and stakeholders aligned. The role is right for someone who likes both building a dashboard and running the process that gets it shipped.
Data Agency Coordination
Gather requirements and business context from internal teams before work is scoped
Communicate scoped work to our external data agency partner and manage day-to-day timelines
Track status, flag delays early, and own ongoing vendor communication

Escalate scope changes or concerns to your manager
Analytics Request Triage
Hold first discovery conversations with stakeholders to understand what they need and why
Scope routine, straightforward requests on your own
Route well-defined work for execution
Escalate strategic, complex, or competing requests to your manager for a final scoping decision

Build new dashboards and reports for every functional area, including finance, marketing, operations, and sales
Write and optimize SQL queries for analysis and reporting
Run assigned analyses and models, working under direction on the most complex work

Help your manager with advanced modeling and analysis as needed
Project Management
Maintain the Business Operations project tracker, backlog, and priorities
Track dependencies, timelines, and blockers across all active projects
Follow up with stakeholders on missing inputs and flag delays before they become problems
Bring trade-offs and resource conflicts to your manager for decisions
Keep stakeholders informed on project status and timelines
Maintenance & Support
Monitor dashboard health and troubleshoot technical issues
Answer questions and ad-hoc analytics requests from teams across the business
Regularly audit data sources for connection lapses and quality issues
Maintain documentation and a knowledge base for all custom data solutions
Handle routine updates and maintenance on existing dashboards and reports
3–5 years of experience in business operations, data analytics, or business analytics
Strong SQL skills. You write and optimize queries on your own, debug data issues, and are comfortable with intermediate-to-advanced patterns like joins, window functions, and CTEs.
Advanced BI expertise. You have hands-on experience with BigQuery and a modern BI platform (e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI), and can build complex dashboards, tune performance, and follow best practices.
Technical credibility. You understand data pipelines, validation, and quality checks, can talk with engineers, and can validate technical work yourself.
A project management mindset. You track timelines, manage dependencies, follow up with stakeholders, and raise risks early.
Cross-functional communication skills. You can explain analytics to technical and non-technical audiences, and you know when to solve a problem yourself and when to escalate it.
Experience across multiple functions, especially finance and marketing
Experience managing vendors or coordinating with external teams
A record of delivering quality work on schedule when requirements are ambiguous

Experience with subscription or DTC business models
