Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a recruitment strategy in full autonomy
• Selecting, qualifying and recommending the best candidates to your clients
• Follow up on candidates during the whole or part of the recruitment process

Requirements

• You have at least two years of recruitment experience (including internships and apprenticeships).
• You are able to spend a certain amount of time each day on recruitment projects.
• You have good interpersonal skills and perseverance.  Mandarin speaking skills is preferred.
• You have your own specialization in the field of recruitment as well as recruitment channels.
