Are you a skilled Business Analyst looking for a new opportunity in the Electronics Industry? Our Employment Agency is currently working with a Global Fortune 500 Company in this industry to help them find top talent to join their team based in Penang.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing your knowledge of the existing B2B system architecture to identify necessary changes to system interfaces and functional behavior
• Collaborating with external partners and internal business stakeholders to gather business requirements.
• Facilitating cross-functional team meetings to address business problems or systems issues.
• Creating and maintaining solution specification and functional specification documents.
• Translating business needs into system requirements and reviewing system design and development with the development team.
• Providing second-level B2B system support.
• Undertaking other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B implementation and support of operational systems.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which transferable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.

• Familiarity with B2B technologies such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12, RosettaNet, Flat File, XML as well as B2B/EDI platform on WebMethod and AI.

• Good understanding of the project development cycle.

• Ability to work independently, make suggestions and decisions on time, collaborate with all level stakeholders.
