BUSINESS ANALYST

The Business Analyst will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define business processes, and ensure successful delivery of product features. The role focuses on requirement analysis, documentation, process mapping, and supporting end-to-end product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
  
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
  
• Work with Product Managers to define scope, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement sessions.
  
• Create process flows, wireframes (basic), and business process documentation.
  
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
  
• Support testing activities, including UAT planning and validation.
  
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
  
• Maintain documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  
• 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  
• Experience working in Agile environments.
  
• Ability to translate business problems into technical requirements.
  
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  

Technical & Functional Skills

• Requirements gathering & documentation
  
• User stories & acceptance criteria writing
  
• Process mapping (BPMN, flowcharts, or similar tools)
  
• Agile tools such as Jira / Confluence
  
• Basic understanding of APIs and system integration
  
• Data analysis (Excel, SQL basics preferred)
  
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle
  
• Exposure to digital platforms or enterprise systems
