About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level RPO Recruitment Consultant to join our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team on a 4–6 month contract. This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals based in Latin America.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, either in-house or within a staffing/recruitment agency. You will support hiring across a variety of roles and industries while partnering closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and project stakeholders to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Experience recruiting for heavy industries (Mining, Energy, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Engineering, etc.) is a strong advantage, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple functions and seniority levels.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process for candidates and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
  • Support multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting project timelines.
  • Collaborate with the broader RPO team to continuously improve recruitment processes and hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Experience working either in-house, within an RPO environment, or for a recruitment/staffing agency.
  • Proven experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
  • Experience recruiting across different industries and professional-level positions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Advanced English (written and verbal) is required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting within heavy industries such as Mining, Energy, Engineering, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or Renewables.
  • Previous experience working on global or international recruitment projects.
  • Experience supporting North American recruitment.

What We Offer

  • Fully remote position (LATAM).
  • 4–6 month contract with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
  • Opportunity to work with a global recruitment team supporting international clients.
  • Collaborative and fast-paced environment with exposure to a variety of industries.
  • Competitive contractor compensation.

If you enjoy building relationships, sourcing top talent, and working in a dynamic international environment, we'd love to hear from you.
