HIRING NOW:
Virtual HR Support
(Contract | Remote | Global Applicants)

Seeking Offshore Talent – Philippines, India, Latin America, etc.

Applicants must meet ALL requirements below:
  • This is open to international applicants based on the budget and compensation structure.
  • Must read, write, and understand English proficiently
  • Must be available to work Monday–Friday during US Pacific Standard Time business hours
  • Must be willing to work 8:00AM–5:00PM PST or later as needed
  • Must have a reliable personal computer/laptop
  • Must have webcam/video capability for virtual meetings
  • Must have reliable high-speed internet service
  • Must have reliable phone service
  • Must be dependable, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced virtual environment
  • MUST SEND SALARY REQUIREMENTS (IN USD) PER MONTH OR APP WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
Position Overview
  • Contract remote role – open to international applicants
  • Support HR onboarding, employee communications, and back-office administrative functions
  • Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding documents
  • Collect, review, and track employment and compliance documentation, including I-9 forms
  • Communicate professionally with new hires and employees regarding onboarding and HR processes
  • Maintain employee records, HR trackers, spreadsheets, and internal databases
  • Assist with general HR administrative support, follow-up tasks, and document management
  • Handle confidential employee and company information with discretion
Required Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (all) -Outlook/PP/Excel, Canva, Zoom, Teams, Slack, and similar tools
  • Experience with HR systems or onboarding support preferred
  • Comfortable using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT
