Job description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Personal Assistant to support a Singapore-based Financial Advisor with administrative, policy servicing, and client coordination matters.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys structured support work, is comfortable handling repetitive administrative tasks, and takes pride in accuracy and organisation. The ideal candidate is hardworking, responsive, adaptable, open-minded, and able to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain clientsโ€™ financial portfolio consolidations using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Submit medical claims via insurer portals and email.
  • Communicate with clients regarding updates, outstanding documents, and ongoing matters.
  • Support policy servicing requests such as change of particulars, fund switches, and policy updates.
  • Arrange client review appointments and maintain client databases.
  • Support client servicing initiatives including event coordination and gift arrangements.
  • Manage website enquiries and respond professionally to inbound queries.
  • Handle data entry, document review, and administrative tracking with high accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in admin support, PA, operations, or client servicing roles (background in financial services or insurance administration is highly advantageous).
  • Experience supporting an individual contributor or small team is preferred.
  • Familiar with policy documents, claims submission processes, and insurer portals.
  • Excellent in both spoken and written English.
  • Highly meticulous, organised, and industrious with a strong eye for detail.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and responsive attitude.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently remotely.
  • Receptive to feedback with a good work ethic.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and changing priorities effectively.
  • Remain organised and composed during urgent or peak workload periods.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM (GMT+8 โ€“ Singapore Time)
Salary: Singapore Dollars $600 โ€“ $1,000 per month
