Job Description

Our client is a leading supplier of commercial tableware and dining solutions, providing high-quality plates, bowls, cutlery, and food service products to well-known brands and restaurant chains. Their clients include major F&B companies such as Starbucks (140+ outlets) and Haidilao, supporting businesses with reliable products and services across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate with clients regarding product enquiries, quotations, orders, and general requests.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including updating records and handling documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are followed up promptly.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships by providing excellent service and resolving enquiries efficiently.
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic administrative and computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Working Hour: GMT+8

  • Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Sunday: Off

Salary: SGD 600 - 800/month
