Your role in our team
As Personal Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Research & Development, you will act as a trusted partner in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will support the strategic agenda by creating structure, ensuring follow-up, and coordinating key administrative and organizational processes. You will work closely with leaders and stakeholders across the organization, gaining exposure to senior management and strategic initiatives.
The position is part of the Integrated Product Development (IPD) Business Management department and reports to the CTO's Executive Assistant & Office Manager. We offer a collaborative and supportive working environment built on trust, teamwork, and open communication. As part of an international organization, you will collaborate across functions and locations while helping drive structure and efficiency in a technology-driven environment.
How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your key responsibilities include:

- Managing a complex executive calendar and ensuring effective prioritization of time and activities
- Coordinating leadership meetings, offsites, workshops, and governance forums
- Preparing agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and decision-making documentation
- Following up on actions, decisions, and strategic initiatives to ensure progress
- Supporting communication and collaboration across the IPD and R&D leadership team and key stakeholders
- Driving and independently leading strategic initiatives across the IPD and R&D organizations in collaboration with the IPD Business Management team
- Contributing to organizational planning, leadership team effectiveness, and continuous improvement initiatives

You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. In addition, you bring:

- A relevant educational background and solid experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior leaders
- Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
- Experience managing executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive correspondence
- Experience from a technology, engineering, manufacturing, or R&D environment is an advantage
