What You'll do:

Support digital transformation initiatives by designing, developing, and enhancing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), focusing on Sales and Marketing modules;

Implement and optimize the Lead-to-Order lifecycle processes;

Develop custom solutions using both code-based (JavaScript, C#, APIs) and low-code/no-code approaches (Power Platform);

Ensure data standardization and harmonization across enterprise systems;

Design and implement integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, and custom APIs;

Deliver client-side logic through JavaScript for form scripting and server-side development with C# (plugins, workflows, APIs, Azure Functions);

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives;

Support reporting and analytics through Power BI integration;

- Remote Work Model.


What You Are:

7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales & Marketing);

Deep understanding of the Lead-to-Order process lifecycle;

Strong expertise in data integration using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, and custom APIs;

Proficiency in JavaScript for client-side form scripting and C# for server-side development (Plugins, Workflows, APIs, Azure Functions);

Experience with Power Platform: Power Automate (Flows), Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power BI (basic integration);

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (Nice to Have);

Experience collaborating with external partners in large enterprise environments (Nice to Have).
