On Call Coordination Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an On Call Coordinator. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless operations outside of regular business hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-call schedules, coordinating emergency responses, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Manage on-call schedules for employees and ensure proper coverage
Coordinate emergency responses and escalate issues as needed
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other relevant parties
Document incidents and resolutions for future reference
Provide support and guidance to on-call staff during critical situations
