What You'll do:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET and Blazor.

- Build scalable, high-performance solutions with a focus on clean architecture and best practices.

- Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, ensuring performance and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.

- Contribute to the design and implementation of microservices-based architectures where applicable.

- Support and improve CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.

- Work within Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and continuous improvement.

- Ensure software quality through testing, documentation, and adherence to development standards.

Who You Are:

- 15+ years of professional experience in .NET development.

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Blazor development.

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and querying.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.

- Experience working in collaborative Agile environments.
