What You'll do:

- Lead business analysis for eMobility and CPMS initiatives, translating business needs into clear requirements;

- Analyze processes, integrations, data flows, and system dependencies to identify improvements and risks;

- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders;

- Own requirements throughout the lifecycle, ensuring traceability, validation, and rollout readiness;

- Support decision-making by assessing impacts, risks, and trade-offs across teams and solutions;

- Contribute to Agile delivery and continuous improvement of business analysis practices;

- Full remote; 

Who You Are:

- Experienced Senior Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Analyst in complex digital environments;

- Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder management;

- Comfortable bridging business and technical teams, working with integrations, data flows, and system landscapes;

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar collaboration tools;

- Knowledge of eMobility, CPMS, SaaS, or platform-based solutions is a plus;

- Fluent in English; German is an advantage;
