Job responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment and selection process;
Support hiring managers with job descriptions creation, sourcing, CV screening and interview conduction;
Manage and coordinate work with HR service providers (recruitment, medical insurance, employee records and leaves, etc);
Support hiring managers with offer letters negotiation process, candidates`background check, drafting employment contracts and other employment documents;
Managing onboarding of new joiners;
Coordination of payroll process with outsourced organization;
Prepare, updating, and communication of human resource policies and procedures;
Handle of immigration and visa application process for foreign employees;
Manage employees` leaves in internal HR online system;
Keep historical human resource records of employees` data;
Manage employees` performance and labour relationship according to local labour legislation;
Participate in annual people budget planning together with company management;
Coordinate HR-related matters with human resources function in headquarters;
Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for better employee retention;
Develop positive working atmosphere among employees.
