Job description

Crimson Global Academy (CGA) is a world-class online school delivering live, real-time learning to ambitious students around the world. With over 1000 students joining us from 65 countries, our vision is to unlock our students' limitless potential, together, for extraordinary futures.

We are doing this by:

  • Igniting a passion for learning that accelerates academic performance and success regardless of age.

  • Fostering a global community that broadens students' perspectives and develops their skills to make a difference on the world stage.

  • Providing cutting-edge technology for teachers to launch students into their future while giving parents transparency into their child's education.

And we need your help to take our expansion global! Our team is looking to bring on someone to support the growth of upcoming marketing initiatives. This role will be fast-paced, with a breadth of day-to-day activities and endless development opportunities.

We're seeking a hands-on marketing campaign specialist who thrives on executing comprehensive campaigns from conception to completion. This is a do-it-yourself role: you'll both develop the strategic plan AND personally build the ads, copy, landing pages, and content that bring it to life — working with the regional campaign specialist to drive a strong growth strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Write high-converting ad copy for Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms

  • Build and optimize landing pages from scratch using page builders

  • Create presentation materials for webinars, partnerships, and educational expos

  • Collaborate with the content team, designers, and regional digital marketer to build campaigns targeting the US market

Who You'll Work With

  • Regional Digital Marketer — they launch and report on campaigns; you partner with them to optimize

  • Content & PR Marketer — to find and create content that resonates with the audience

  • USCA Sales Team

You get energized by wearing multiple hats and prefer to build campaigns yourself rather than delegate. You see the big picture strategically but love diving into the tactical details of execution.

Essential experience

  • 3–5 years of hands-on marketing where you personally created and managed campaigns

  • Proven experience writing high-converting copy for ads, emails, and landing pages

  • Experience managing paid advertising across META, Google Ads, and other platforms (not the technical side)

  • Email marketing platform expertise

  • Content creation skills — blog posts, social content, and educational materials

  • An analytics and optimization mindset

What makes you stand out

  • Self-starter who acts without waiting for direction

  • Creative problem solver who generates and tests fresh ideas quickly

  • Detail-oriented executor who keeps every campaign element polished

  • Data-driven optimizer who decides on metrics, not assumptions

  • Adaptable communicator across audiences and channels

Bonus points

  • Experience in education or online learning markets

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead scoring

  • Experience with webinar platforms and event marketing

We look forward to hearing from you!
