Marketing Assistant (Social Media, Creator Growth & E-Commerce) – Remote

Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: U.S. Central Time

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Marketing Assistant to support a fast-growing U.S.-based e-commerce and live-selling business operating across platforms including TikTok, Amazon, and Whatnot.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role supporting the founder’s personal brand, social media content, community growth, livestream operations, and day-to-day marketing workflows.

You’ll work closely with the founder and team to grow their audience, strengthen their Live Seller Community and educational platform, coordinate content across multiple channels, and keep marketing operations organized.

What You’ll Own

Personal Brand & Social Media

  • Manage content calendars across TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Schedule and publish content consistently and on time.
  • Repurpose existing content across channels to maximize reach.
  • Research:
    • Content trends
    • Viral hooks
    • Relevant topics
    • Creator strategies
  • Monitor engagement and content performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Help strengthen the founder’s personal brand and online presence.

Community Growth & Engagement

  • Support growth of the Live Seller Community and educational platform.
  • Help attract and engage creators, sellers, and prospective community members.
  • Research potential:
    • Creators
    • Collaborators
    • Partnerships
    • Community growth opportunities
  • Support marketing funnels designed to convert followers into community members.
  • Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to improve participation and retention.

Customer & Community Support

  • Respond to customer and community inquiries through chat and email.
  • Support communication across platforms such as:
    • TikTok
    • Whatnot
    • Kajabi
  • Provide timely, professional, and helpful responses.
  • Track recurring questions and support issues.
  • Help improve documentation and workflows based on common customer needs.

Livestream Coordination

  • Assist with scheduling livestream sessions across TikTok Live and Whatnot.
  • Maintain accurate livestream calendars and schedules.
  • Support operational coordination through tools such as Homebase.
  • Assist with logistics surrounding live-selling sessions and creator activities.
  • Help ensure livestream operations remain organized and run smoothly.

Marketing & Administrative Operations

  • Coordinate podcast scheduling and follow-up communication.
  • Support e-commerce inventory and operational tracking.
  • Maintain organized:
    • Google Sheets
    • Spreadsheets
    • Internal documentation
    • Marketing trackers
  • Assist with ongoing marketing campaigns and administrative tasks.
  • Keep deadlines, follow-ups, and recurring activities organized.

SOPs & Process Improvement

  • Turn recurring workflows into clear SOPs and checklists.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing and operational efficiency.
  • Research tools that can automate repetitive tasks.
  • Help create more scalable and organized internal workflows.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Experience managing content calendars and publishing workflows.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing and audience growth.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with reliable follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
  • Availability during U.S. Central Time business hours.

  • Support the founder with ongoing marketing and operational priorities.
