Responsibilities:

• Strategy Formulation: Develop strategies aimed at enhancing user engagement and retention on the platform. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement user and event operation strategies effectively
• Event Execution: Plan platform events based on market trends, exploring various event formats to engage users and achieve overall event operation objectives
• Capability Building: Analyze event conversion pathways to enrich and consolidate event formats continually. Enhance event infrastructure and capabilities to improve overall platform event operation efficiency
• Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze event operation data to gain insights into industry trends and market demands. Ensure the platform's competitiveness in event operations

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in internet/financial technology fields
• Diligent and results-oriented, with strong data analysis skills
• Strong ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently
• Familiarity with overseas event operations and financial industry event regulations
• Ability to discern global trends and develop corresponding event plans or thematic concepts
• Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
