Job Description:


A remote executive assistant handles various administrative tasks to help executives (specifically CEOs, Presidents, or Directors) manage their time effectively and focus on strategic priorities. These tasks may include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, handling correspondence, preparing documents and presentations, conducting research, and coordinating events. They often serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screen communications, and prioritize tasks based on the executives' needs and preferences. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include but not be limited to:
  • Work directly with the CEO, Presidents, or Directors to support their daily activities and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence, responding on behalf of the executives when appropriate.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents as requested.
  • Conduct research and gather information for various projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate and assist with special events, conferences, and other engagements.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and external partners to ensure efficient operations.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred by the client.
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup conducive to remote work
Technical Requirements
  • Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs
  • RAM: 16 GB minimum
  • 25 - 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min)
  • USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally)

  • 0-3 months: $1,200 USD/month
  • After 3 months: You’ll receive a $50 monthly Wellness Bonus to support a healthy and balanced work life (total: $1,250/month).
  • After 1 year: Salary increases to $1,340 USD/month
  • After 2 years: Salary increases to $1,480 USD/month
  • After 3 years: Salary increases to $1,540 USD/month
  • After 4 years: Salary increases to $1,600 USD/month

Two Annual Adjustments: Every year, you benefit from two salary increases: one on your work anniversary, recognizing your continued tenure with WorkBetterNow, and one at the start of each calendar year, when all salary ranges are updated company-wide.
