The Escrow Officer is responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
Process and close residential refinance escrow transactions in a high-volume national lending environment.
Review and analyze lender closing instructions, loan documents, payoff statements, title commitments, and subordination agreements for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare Closing Disclosures (CDs), ALTA settlement statements, and lender-required documents in compliance with TRID, RESPA, investor guidelines, and applicable regulations.
Coordinate with lenders, loan officers, processors, borrowers, title companies, attorneys, and settlement partners to ensure timely and compliant closings.
Manage refinance escrow transactions while adhering to lender requirements, investor guidelines, and multi-state regulatory standards.
Partner directly with lending institutions and mortgage servicers to facilitate seamless closing processes and meet lender-mandated deadlines.

Pay Rate Range: $28.95 - $30.76 per hour
