Virtual Assistant (Remote – LATAM Preferred)

Job Title: Virtual Assistant – MSP Operations Support
Company: GSD Staffing (Supporting US & Canada-Based MSP Companies)
Applicants: Remote (Open to candidates anywhere in Latin America)
Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday (Weekends Off)
Compensation: $1,000 – $1,200 USD per month (Depending on experience)

GSD Staffing specializes in sourcing high-quality nearshore talent for Managed Service Provider (MSP) companies across the United States and Canada. We connect skilled professionals with established IT service providers seeking long-term, direct remote team members. Our MSP clients deliver IT support, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management to small and mid-sized businesses.

This role is for direct placement with one of our MSP partner companies.

Position Overview
The Virtual Assistant – MSP Operations Support will provide administrative, sales, CRM, and operational support within a fast-paced MSP environment. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily email organization, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings and appointments
• Update CRM and PSA systems such as HubSpot, Autotask, and EOS/90
• Track renewals, opportunities, KPIs, and operational reports
• Assist with meeting documentation, note-taking, and follow-up tasks
• Support sales operations, vendor coordination, and pipeline tracking
• Maintain contact databases, lead lists, and reporting spreadsheets
• Create presentations, reports, and business documentation
• Support LinkedIn outreach and administrative marketing tasks
• Assist with accountability tracking and reminder follow-ups

Required Skills and Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Support professional
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems and administrative platforms
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with MSP or IT service companies
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Autotask, ConnectWise, or EOS/90
• Experience supporting sales teams or executive leadership
• Experience supporting U.S. or Canada-based clients
