Marketing Lead

Location: Full-Time Remote ( Nearshore applicants - Anywhere in LATAM )
Salary: $1,800 USD per month
Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday–Friday

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Marketing Lead to join our growing team. This full-time, remote position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, digital environment and has a strong foundation in website management, SEO, and social media marketing.

As our Marketing Lead, your primary focus will be both overseeing a team of 3-4 marketing associates, as well as managing and optimizing our web presence through WordPress and SEO strategies. You will also support brand awareness efforts through Google Local setup, social media posting, and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and guiding a 3-4 marketing associates to make sure they are staying on task
  • Manage and optimize website content using WordPress
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search visibility
  • Oversee Google Local listings setup and optimization
  • Create visually compelling content using Canva and other editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
  • Plan and schedule weekly content on Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Execute outbound messaging and marketing cadences
  • Support broader marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure brand consistency

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in overseeing a team of people
  • Experience in WordPress, SEO, Google Local, and social media platforms
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
