Job Title: Technical Documentation & Partner Communications Coordinator
Company: US-Based SaaS / FinTech Platform (Confidential)
Applicants: Remote (Candidates preferred from Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Belize, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Argentina, and other LATAM regions)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday through Friday (US Business Hours)
Compensation: Competitive; Based on Experience

This role is for direct placement with one of our U.S.-based partner companies.

Position Overview
The Technical Documentation & Partner Communications Coordinator owns and manages the company’s documentation ecosystem and structured partner communications systems. This role is responsible for building scalable knowledge resources that allow internal teams and external partners to clearly understand product updates, workflows, and best practices without requiring daily oversight from leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, systems-oriented, and able to translate technical updates into clear, structured written communication.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the structure, organization, and usability of the documentation ecosystem (Notion + HelpKit)
• Design and maintain page hierarchy, tagging systems, navigation structure, permissions, and publishing workflows
• Maintain internal and partner-facing knowledge bases with consistent formatting standards
• Publish structured product updates, release notes, and partner communications
• Coordinate with product, support, and leadership teams to gather accurate information
• Translate technical changes into clear, concise documentation
• Develop onboarding guides, checklists, FAQs, and workflow documentation
• Continuously improve documentation processes for scalability and efficiency
• Support structured email communications for partner updates when needed

Technology Environment
• Documentation Platforms: Notion, HelpKit (or similar knowledge base tools)
• Communication Tools: Email marketing / partner update platforms
• Collaboration Tools: Slack, Google Workspace, or similar
• SaaS-based operational and workflow systems

Required Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in documentation, technical writing, operations coordination, or knowledge base management
• Experience managing structured documentation systems (Notion, Confluence, HelpKit, or similar)
• Strong written English communication skills (clear, structured, professional)
• Ability to independently organize and maintain documentation systems
• Basic understanding of SaaS workflows, permissions, publishing systems, and product updates
• Strong process-thinking and organizational skills
• Ability to work during US business hours
• Reliable remote work setup with stable internet

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or technology-driven environments
• Experience publishing release notes or structured product communications
• Familiarity with onboarding documentation and enablement materials
• Experience improving internal workflows or operational systems
• Background in technical writing or process documentation

Success Indicators
• Documentation is organized, searchable, and consistently updated
• Internal teams and partners receive clear and timely product communications
• Support teams can rely on documentation for demos and workflow clarity
• Leadership no longer needs to manage or restructure documentation systems daily

Role Boundaries
• This is not a sales or quota-carrying role
• This role does not own marketing strategy or campaign planning
• This role does not make product or engineering decisions
• Initial system setup will be completed by leadership; ongoing ownership belongs to this role
