Job Title: Executive Assistant – MSP Operations Support

Location: Remote (Open to candidates across Latin America)
Schedule: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Weekends Off), PTO Included
Compensation: Starting at $1,500 USD per month (Depending on experience)
GSD Staffing specializes in sourcing high-quality nearshore talent for Managed Service Provider (MSP) companies across the United States and Canada. We connect skilled professionals with established IT service providers seeking long-term, remote team members. Our MSP clients deliver IT support, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management to small and mid-sized businesses.
This position is for direct placement with one of our MSP partner companies.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and executive-level support within a fast-paced MSP environment. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting leadership teams remotely.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, professional, and comfortable working independently while coordinating across multiple departments.
• Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
• Organize emails, prioritize communications, and coordinate follow-ups
• Prepare meeting agendas, document meeting notes, and track action items
• Update and maintain CRM and PSA systems (HubSpot, Autotask, EOS/90, or similar platforms)
• Track KPIs, business reports, renewals, and operational metrics
• Support sales operations, vendor communications, and pipeline management
• Create presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and business documentation
• Coordinate internal projects and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain databases, contact lists, and company records
• Assist with LinkedIn outreach and administrative marketing activities
• Support executive leadership with day-to-day operational tasks
• 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with CRM systems and administrative platforms
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a remote environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Professional remote work setup with reliable internet connection
• Experience working with MSP or IT service companies
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Autotask, ConnectWise, or EOS/90
• Experience supporting executives, leadership teams, or sales teams
• Experience supporting US or Canada-based clients
