Job description

You will join China Sales Team, base in Suzhou, and your main responsibilities are:

  • Respect the company culture and core values, and abide by the company's compliance policies and all regulations.

  • Actively complete the company's KPI, conduct sales forecasting, planning, execution and payment collection

  • Learning and mastering product knowledge, enables to participate in technical discussions.

  • Maintain existing customers, increase sales volume and expand the range of products sold.

  • BD new customer, including OEM manufacturers and SME clients.

  • Familiar with cable related business or Crane & Mining OEMs will be prefer.

  • Collect market information, pay attention to market competition and related trends, organize, analyze, and report.

  • Complete health, safety and environmental protection related training and education according to company requirements.

  • Actively participate in the company's emergency rescue drills and various safety activities

  • Discover and rectify the safety hazards of the department in a timely manner, eliminate the discovered safety hazards in a timely manner and report to manager and HSE

  • In case of an accident, take measures to prevent the expansion of the accident, report to the supervisor or relevant departments in time, and pay attention to the protection of the scene and make good records. Personally participate in the investigation of any accidents occurring in the department, make accident cause analysis, improve the department's risk assessment form, propose and implement safety precautions

  • Other tasks assigned by the manager

Who we are looking for

  • Full-time Bachelor in Electrical or Mechanical engineering major related, Master or above will be plus.

  • Written and read English well at least, Listen and spoken will be plus.

  • 7 years + related work experience, with successful sales performance and example.

  • Having strong learning ability and an active and proactive working attitude, able to adapt to frequent business trips

  • Microsoft office software skill and CRM system as plus.
