Deine Mission

Als SDR (Sales Development Representative) sorgst du dafür, dass aus Interesse echte Gespräche werden. Du identifizierst passende Behörden und öffentliche Unternehmen, weckst Bedarf und legst damit die Grundlage für unseren Wachstumskurs.
  • Du recherchierst und priorisierst relevante Accounts im öffentlichen Sektor, damit wir unsere Energie auf die größten Hebel fokussieren.
  • Du sprichst Entscheider:innen über passende Kanäle (hauptsächlich telefonisch) an und führst eine erste Discovery durch, um qualifizierte Demo-Termine für unsere Account Executives zu vereinbaren.
  • Du qualifizierst Leads entlang klarer Kriterien, damit aus Kontakten echte Opportunities werden und Pipeline planbar entsteht.
  • Du dokumentierst sauber in HubSpot und verbesserst Messages iterativ, damit wir jede Woche messbar besser werden.
  • Du lernst unser Produkt und den Beschaffungsalltag der Verwaltung schnell im Detail, damit du souverän, relevant und auf Augenhöhe kommunizierst.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing und Account Executives zusammen, um Kampagnen in starke Conversation Rates zu übersetzen und Feedback direkt zurückzuspielen.

Das bringst du mit

Must have
  • Erfahrung in einer Outbound-getriebenen B2B Rolle, idealerweise mit nachweisbaren Aktivitätskennzahlen wie Calls, gebuchte Meetings und qualifizierte Pipeline.
  • Starkes Kommunikationsvermögen in Deutsch, schriftlich und mündlich, mit klarer, präziser Ansprache und gutem Gespür für Zielgruppen.
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Lust auf eine performanceorientierte Rolle mit hoher Taktzahl.
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit CRM und Sales Tools.
  • Lernbereitschaft und Neugier, komplexe Themen schnell zu verstehen, insbesondere rund um öffentliche Beschaffung und Verwaltungsrealität.
Nice to have
  • Erfahrung im Umfeld Public Sector, GovTech oder B2G Vertrieb.
  • Erfahrung mit Outbound Sequencing und systematischem Testing (Betreffzeilen, Hooks, Value Props), idealerweise mit dokumentierten Learnings.
  • Verständnis von Multi Stakeholder Strukturen und Buying Committees, also mehrere Rollen parallel adressieren.
  • Idealerweise sitzt du in München.
