The Online Sales Coach works alongside Online Sales Specialists through the fundamentals of the role including: 

  • Online sales process
  • Lead Management
  • Mastering the phone
  • Setting appointments and overcoming objectives
  • Prospecting
  • Prioritizing your day for success
  • Establishing areas of responsibility
  • Appointment handoff process
  • Managing your tech stack 

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the onboarding of new Online Sales Specialists and facilitate the DYC Fast Start and Online Sales Academy 30 day training programs
  • Work with builder partners to facilitate the recruiting and hiring process for Online Sales Specialist role
  • Assist with CRM set up and training
  • Assist with Call Tracking set up and training
  • Assist with Video Email set up and training
  • Conduct training presentations when needed - to include Lasso, Hubspot, Bomb Bomb, CallRail, and core Online Sales fundamentals
  • Collaborate with the team to create new content and training presentations

***Candidates must have a proven track record of success working as an Online Sales Specialist in the home building industry.
