The Science Team at
Russell Tobin and Associates is hiring a
"Project Coordinator- Medical Device" for a top leading medical technology organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and engineering teams to implement changes to medical device design documentation.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, tracking tools, and status reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure project deliverables are completed on time.
- Support global laboratory operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, or quality management systems (preferred).
- Experience with project coordination, stakeholder management, and process improvement initiatives.
Additional Details:
- Location: REMOTE
- Position Type: 12-Months Contract
- Pay rate approved: $30-35/hr. on W2 depending on experience
