Sphera is looking for a Project Coordinator - Product to bring structure, visibility, and momentum to how we bring products to market. This is an execution-focused role that partners closely with Product Managers, Product Directors, and cross-functional teams to ensure every product launch is planned, coordinated, and delivered successfully.

The Project Coordinator will own the launch coordination process, ensuring milestones are tracked, dependencies are managed, stakeholders remain aligned, and teams have the information, tools, and resources needed for a successful launch. This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across technical and business teams to drive execution.

What You'll Do

  • Own and coordinate the end-to-end product launch process, including launch checklists, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and readiness tracking.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Product Directors to ensure launch activities are completed on time and key deliverables are achieved.
  • Facilitate launches of varying complexity, from smaller feature releases to larger solution launches involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the central coordination point between Product and go-to-market teams, including Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Professional Services, Pricing, and other business functions.
  • Maintain visibility into launch readiness by tracking progress, following up on outstanding actions, and escalating risks or blockers before they impact timelines.
  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of launch materials, including product messaging, sales enablement content, training materials, webinars, presentations, videos, customer communications, and other launch assets.
  • Support Product Managers by helping manage launch activities, providing structure, and leveraging best practices from previous successful launches.
  • Ensure Sales, Customer Success, and Services teams have the necessary information, resources, and tools to effectively support new products and features.
  • Run launch status updates and communications to keep stakeholders informed and aligned without requiring teams to chase updates.
  • Manage multiple product launches simultaneously, typically planning one to two quarters ahead to ensure launch readiness.
  • Continuously improve the product launch process by refining templates, checklists, workflows, and timelines based on lessons learned and stakeholder feedback.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, product operations, or a similar cross-functional role, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Experience supporting product launches, go-to-market activities, or complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to track multiple workstreams without losing focus on key priorities.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive action without needing direct authority.
  • High ownership mentality, you follow through, keep stakeholders accountable, and ensure commitments are delivered.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift and coordination is critical.
  • Familiarity with product and project management tools such as Pendo, Productboard, Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or similar platforms.
