Job description

Pride Health is hiring a Remote Accommodations Specialist to support our client's Medical Facility. This is a 6-month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Details:

Job Name: Remote Accommodations Specialist 
Job Type: Local Contract
Duration: 6-month Contract (Possibility of extension or conversion)
Pay rate: $14/hr. On W2 (Pay Rate is based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Position Overview:

The Accommodations Specialist is responsible for managing and processing Single Case Agreements (SCAs) for behavioral health services, primarily supporting the Exchange line of business. This role ensures timely access to care for members by coordinating with providers, internal teams, and stakeholders while maintaining financial and service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all provider phone calls and emails pertaining to single case agreements.
  • Update internal staff regarding potential single case agreement delays/and or barriers.
  • Timely and accurate communication in executing single case agreements.
  • Update appropriate systems regarding outcome of single case agreements.
  • Consistently perform provider searches to review providers network status.
  • Meet turnaround time objectives mandated by customer and state requirements.
  • Partner with network contracting staff regarding providers interested in contracting.
  • Accurate data entry of all single case agreement information in systems.
  • Complete company required training
