We have recently launched in South Africa and are looking for a high-impact leader to bridge the gap between our early-stage entry and full-scale operations. This is not a passive advisory role; we need a Fractional General Manager who can commit 10β20 hours per week to "own" the market, solve complex infrastructure hurdles, and drive the product forward.
You will have the autonomy of a Country Manager with the flexibility of a consultancy. You are the "boots on the ground" lead, responsible for ensuring our Earned Wage Access (EWA) product thrives in the local ecosystem.
You are the Lead Architect for our South African operations. While you will have full access to our global functional teams (Engineering, Product, and Legal), you are the one steering the ship locally.
