We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who combines strong recruiting execution with strategic thinking, market insight, and a passion for improving how hiring works. You’ll work closely with leaders, influence hiring decisions, and help us build a more data-driven, inclusive, and future-ready Talent Acquisition function. 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for key roles, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers 

  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to shape effective hiring strategies 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders and shape hiring decisions, processes, and standards across the organization 

  • Use recruiting data and market insights to improve hiring decisions and outcomes 

  • Design effective sourcing strategies and contribute to scaling, transformation, and process improvement initiatives 

  • Enhance hiring processes, tools, and interviewer quality through structured evaluation 

  • Promote inclusive hiring practices and help build diverse teams 

  • Share knowledge, raise hiring standards, and support the growth of the Talent Acquisition team 

  • Represent the company at events and build strong talent pipelines 

 

 

 

Requirements  

  • Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to complex or strategic technical hiring 

  • You translate business needs into focused hiring approaches 

  • Strong understanding of talent markets, sourcing strategies, and modern recruiting practices 

  • Ability to work confidently with stakeholders, influence hiring decisions, and apply a data-driven mindset 

  • A proactive mindset and passion for improving how things work 

  • Experience in international environments  

  • Strong communication and coaching skills, with fluency in both German and English
